At Ling's Moment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wedding decor; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all delicate floral arrangements and accessories are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned decor, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
